Andy Serkis Confirmed as Ulysses Klaw in New ‘Avengers’

After Marvel released 16 images from ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, the studio has now confirmed that Andy Serkis will play Ulysses Klaw in the film.

Long rumored to be playing the role, Marvel and Disney provided Stitch Kingdom with the same 16 images but with captions of who is in them. These captions confirmed that Andy Serkis will be portraying the villain. The villain is rumored to be in league with fellow ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ villain Baron Von Strucker (Thomas Kretschmann) after reports that Klaw will be a hybrid of himself and his father, Fritz Klaue. Klaue has a connection with Von Strucker in the comics.

Also, Ulysses Klaw is featured in the Black Panther comics so this leads us to believe that the new Avengers movie will set up the newly announced ‘Black Panther’ adaption. The ‘Black Panther’ movie is set to be released on November 3, 2017 and stars Chadwick Boseman as the Black Panther.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ comes to theaters on May 1, 2015 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Andy Serkis, James Spader, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, and Mark Ruffalo. The film is directed by Joss Whedon.
