Stephen King says ‘Crimson Peak’ is “F—ing Terrifying”

Horror King for forever, Stephen King and his son Joe Hill were invited to an advanced screening of Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘Crimson Peak’ last weekend. The author and his son gave a brief review on Twitter and if their reviews end up being law, this movie is not going to be for the faint of heart.

If anyone knows horror, it is Stephen King. As author of books such as ‘It’, ‘The Shining’, and ‘Salem’s Lot’ just to name a few, his seal of approval on any horror movie should be taken seriously. Speaking out on twitter, the author had this to say about the movie:

King’s song Joe Hill, who’s book ‘Horns’ was adapted for the screen in last year’s movie of the same name starring Daniel Radcliffe, was also in attendance and gave similar praise to the movie.

‘Crimson Peak’ comes to theaters on October 16, 2015 and stars Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam, Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska. The film is directed by Guillermo Del Toro.
