After filming began on the new ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’, fans are getting their first look at Johnny Depp in the new movie.
Co-director Joachim Rønning and producer Jerry Bruckheimer each tweeted behind-the-scenes photos of the production. Espen Sandberg is also directing alongside Rønning.
The photo posted by Bruckheimer gives small glimpse of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow with the caption:

Production has started on the next installment of Disney’s epic ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise. ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ has began filming on location in Australia.
The Espen Sandberg and Joachim (Ton-Tiki) directed film sees Johnny Depp return as the pirate Jack Sparrow. This time, Depp is joined by new cast members Javier Bardem, Kaya Scodelario, Brenton Thwaites, Golshifteh Farahani. Returning to the franchise is Geoffrey Rush, Kevin McNally and Stephen Graham.
This installment finds Jack Sparrow (Sorry, Captain Jack Sparrow) once again facing against a terrible foe. This time, this foe is his old nemesis, Captain Salazar (Bardem) and his band of ghost pirates, hell bent on destroying every pirate.
‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ comes to theaters July 7th, 2017 and stars Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, Kaya Scodelario, Orlando Bloom, Brenton Thwaites, Martin Klebba, Geoffrey Rush and Kevin McNally. The film is directed by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg.

‘Into The Woods’ is a beautiful story of friendship, love and loss; weaving together some of the world’s most iconic fairytales. Based off of the Broadway musical, director Robert Marshall (‘Chicago’ & ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’) and Disney brings this tale to life, assembling an ensemble cast and breathtaking music. Even though this film has fantastic visuals, acting and music, ‘Into The Woods still seems to fall a bit short. With many false endings and an almost yawn worthy opening number, I found myself wishing that the movie would be over almost as soon as it started.
2014 has been an exciting year at the cinema with movies such as ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’, the final ‘Hobbit’, ‘The LEGO Movie’ and many other films that captivated us. The beginning of 2015 is sure to pack one hell of a punch, make us laugh, satisfy some urges and bring us back to our childhoods.
