‘Insurgent’ Gets IMAX Release + Animate Posters

Entertainment Weekly has released motion posters for the upcoming young adult flick ‘The Divergent Series: Insurgent’. The five posters feature Shailene Woodley as the divergent rebel Tris. In addition to Woodley’s poster, Theo James (Four), Kate Winslet (Jeanine), Naomi Watts (Evelyn) and Octavia Spencer (Johanna) each get their own poster.

With the film being released on March 20, 2015, it has been confirmed that the movie will be shown in IMAX and IMAX 3D locations in the United States. The film will also play in IMAX theaters internationally starting on March 18th. Greg Foster the Senior Executive Vice President, IMAX Corp. and CEO of IMAX Entertainment, had this to say about the upcoming release.
